✧ Important Pre-Facial Guidelines ✧ To ensure the safest and most effective results from your facial experience, please take a moment to review the following: Before Your Appointment: • Avoid sun burn, tanning beds, retinols, acids, exfoliants, shaving or waxing for 7 days before and after your facial. • Refrain from Botox or fillers for 2 weeks before your session. • If you have recently or are currently undergoing chemo or have had recent surgery of any kind please avoid appointments at this time. • Refrain from facials for 2-4 weeks after laser hair removal, microneedling, hydrafacials and chemical peels. •Products used are pregnancy safe and all pregnant people are warmly welcome. •If you are unsure please reach out prior to your appointment! •Cancelations must be within 48hrs or you will be charged a no show fee of 50% of your booked service. Please do not cancel your appointments via DM on TikTok or Instagram, you must cancel on the website or via text or phone call! •Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate your appointment and a no-show fee will apply. •New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to complete consent forms. •Thank you for honoring these policies—they help protect your skin, support your results, and respect the sacred timing of each treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment it means that I have reserved that time exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place or no show to your appointment , you will be subject to a 50% cancellation/no show fee. To avoid a cancellation/no show fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late you will not be seen and will be charged as a no show fee.
